Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team inHartland this role you will provide essential personal care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Report any changes in clients condition to supervisors promptly
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding client care and safety
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to make it to the client home and back
- Reliable trustworthy and compassionate
- Ability to pass background checks
