About the Job:
They are seeking a highly motivated and passionate optometrist to help them provide excellent vision care services to their patients in long-term care facilities.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- perform routine comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts
- perform dilated exams
- provide diabetic evaluations
- treatment of infection and injury
- Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses
- Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
- Comfortable working with the geriatric population
Requirements
Ideal Candidate will:
- Must hold an OD License
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have her/his own means of transportation
- Must be willing to meet with 21-25 patients a day
- Must be willing to travel to different nursing facilities

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time available
Pay Potential: $170000.00 - $180000.00 per year for full-time
