Job Summary
Position : Consultation Specialist
Working Schedule : 12p-8p EST
Salary Range :$1500 USD Monthly Base Commission (See Below) (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Pay:
- $1500/month base
- $1000 bonus for 22 sales/month
- $1500 bonus for 27 sales/month
- $2000 bonus for 32 sales/month
- Bonus increases $500 per additional 5 sales
Job Description
The Consultation Specialist is a pure sales role focused on conducting scheduled consultations and following up on leads to close deals. This position requires a strong hunter mentality extensive sales experience and the ability to manage multiple consultations and follow-ups daily.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 8 pre-scheduled consultations per day (25 minutes each) with clients vetted by the intake team.
- Perform final vetting of deals/clients during consultations.
- Record all client details accurately in the CRM.
- Close deals and process payments.
- Follow up with previous consultations including calling/texting 50 people per day.
- Review and pursue new leads when necessary to meet sales quotas.
- Maintain deep knowledge of USA labor and employment law (training provided).
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2 years of extensive sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills; basic sales skills training not provided.
- Hunter/gather mindset; ability to independently seek and convert leads.
- Willingness to learn and retain in-depth knowledge of USA labor and employment law.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment.
Quota / Performance Expectations
- Minimum 22 sales per month with at least $80000 in revenue.
- First month quota: 5 sales; second month: 15 sales; third month onward: 22 sales.
- Top performers achieve 3540 sales per month.
