We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a leading organization in the manufacturing/automotive sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in forecasting analysis and financial management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial function including reporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead and manage a finance team ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage FOREX transactions and ensure accurate accounting for multi-currency operations.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems (N4NL Barn) for improved efficiency.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and liaise with auditors.
- Support cost control initiatives and profitability analysis.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- BCom in Finance (essential).
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance and 3 years in a management role.
- Industry experience in manufacturing or automotive is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting analysis and financial reporting.
- Experience with FOREX transactions is a great advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (N4NL Barn) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
