As we continue to scale rapidly were expanding our marketing team and are looking for a dynamic creative and highly organised Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence elevate our brand and support our global expansion efforts.
Your Role: Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist at VATIT STREAM youll play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will enhance our online visibility build compelling content collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to a sustainable data-driven marketing practice.
This is a highly varied role ideal for a forward-thinking marketer who enjoys creativity analytics project management and problem-solving. Youll have a direct impact on brand positioning lead generation and the overall growth of the Stream business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Build a Sustainable Marketing Practice
Plan coordinate and manage marketing roadmaps across multiple channels.
Set measurable goals for campaigns activities and brand initiatives.
Develop and grow Streams brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all collateral.
Work closely with sales to understand target markets and support campaign direction.
2. Content Creation
Create high-quality engaging content for blogs social media email and web pages.
Conduct deep research to ensure content is accurate timely and aligned with market needs.
Design visual collateral using Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop After Effects CapCut and Figma.
Maintain a strong brand voice across all written and visual materials.
Plan content calendars and social media posting schedules in advance.
Develop brand-ready visual concepts and marketing materials.
3. Digital Marketing
Execute and optimise SEO strategies.
Track and report on digital campaign performance weekly demonstrating productivity and impact.
Manage paid and organic strategies including keyword research and ad copy.
Maintain and update the company website to ensure performance and usability.
Expand Streams presence on partner platforms and external digital spaces.
Guide the sales team on content direction and messaging to support pipeline development.
Develop strategies to target the US market and broaden global visibility.
Job Requirements
23 years experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
Proven experience in SEO PPC AEO and content optimisation.
Strong research skills with the ability to understand industries audience segments and global markets.
Knowledge of content development across blogs web and ad copy.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) CapCut and Figma.
Skilled in Google Analytics Google Ads keyword tools and reporting platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio required showcasing design work content creation and measurable project growth.
