Role Overview:Responsible for developing and managing B2B sales of turmeric (whole & powder) to wholesalers masala grinders retailers spice & snack manufacturers and exporters within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate bulk turmeric sales and onboard new B2B customers.
- Promote products distribute samples and close deals as per customer specs.
- Maintain pricing updates and market competitiveness.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Expand customer base within assigned regions.
Territories:- West/South: Mumbai Maharashtra (excl. Mumbai) Karnataka Hyderabad.
- North/Central: Rajasthan Delhi MP UP.
- Gujarat: Entire state focus.
Requirements:- B2B sales experience (spices/food preferred).
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ready to travel frequently.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Compensation:- Salary: /month.
- TA/DA: Actuals reimbursed (fuel travel stay & food).
- Incentives:
- 2500 per new customer (1000 beyond target).
- 0.50/kg (new customers 1st year) 0.25/kg thereafter.
- Training: 23 weeks at Sangli.
- Probation: 3 months.
- Monthly review at Sangli; weekly online follow-ups.
