Description
Qualifications
- Lead and grow a portfolio of P&C clients (Domestic and Multinational) through retention cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with CXOs and decision makers
- Drive new business development and deliver on revenue goals
- Provide technical oversight on RFQs QCRs bespoke coverages and risk management solutions
- Stay ahead of market trends pricing dynamics and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with underwriters insurers and internal risk engineering teams for strategic client solutions
- Mentor and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Account Executives to deliver excellence
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in Property Engineering & Marine insurance
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client portfolios end-to-end
- Deep industry connects with insurers underwriters and claims experts
- Strategic mindset with ability to drive differentiation in a competitive market
- Excellent communication presentation & people management skills
