Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Salary: upto 35k in hand for experienced
Key Responsibilities
- Drive field sales by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through field visits cold calling networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and negotiate/close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities evaluate customer needs and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Maintain customer satisfaction handle complaints or objections and gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2C Sales (preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry).
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Requires strong convincing power.
- Must be competitive trustworthy and able to help construct and shape business activities.
