Job Description: Lead the AI vision and roadmap for a rapidly scaling fintech platform spearheading the evolution of its AI-powered financial assistant. You will identify new product opportunities lead advanced research in LLMs and AI agents and inspire a high-performing team of ML engineers to deliver transformative user experiences.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience leading and executing on cutting-edge AI with hands-on ML/AI product building

• Deep expertise in LLMs AI agents and advanced ML techniques

• Strong leadership experience including managing managers and driving high-performance teams
