Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As the first engineering hire you will build the AI infrastructure layer for global innovation incentives. You will transform messy unstructured data from tools like GitHub and Jira into audit-proof technical narratives using LLMs. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the product roadmap and technical architecture from the ground up.

What you will do:

Design and build data-intensive agentic systems and workflows using LLMs RAG and graph analysis.
Own the core AI product from cloud infrastructure to backend systems and frontend user interfaces.
Scale the platform to support enterprise customers and expansion into international tax incentive regimes.

The ideal candidate:

Strong full-stack software engineering background with experience building production-grade systems from scratch.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs at the application layer including agents evaluations and vector search.
High-agency mindset with a bias toward action and the ability to make confident technical trade-offs.
