Job Summary
- Set up and maintain the bar area according to standards and procedures
- Provide excellent guest service including warm greetings personalised attention and prompt order-taking
- Prepare and serve drinks and snacks efficiently ensuring proper temperature and quality
- Create new beverages and cocktails upsell products and promote food and beverage offers to maximise sales revenue
- Handle billing accurately and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Manage stock including ordering supplies and preparing garnishes
- Report complaints incidents or irregularities to management and actively seek guest feedback
- Clean and maintain operational equipment and implement cost-control measures
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
