Role Overview
The Alliance Manager will lead external partnerships to drive the PPLAT externalization ensure execution of brand strategy tactics and campaigns with partner organizations and align with leadership on governance. This role is responsible for post-deal execution and ongoing stakeholder management with the governance committee. It also provides performance oversight across all partnerships (including ex-JNJ and sell-out performance) and regional enablement to execute the central brand strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Pre-Deal Collaboration: Work with the BD team on near-term execution opportunities; define initial deal scope and required resources. Ensure smooth transition planning with potential partner and secure internal alignment with CVT.
- Strategy & Governance: Develop and govern the end-to-end externalization plan for PPLAT; oversee post-deal governance with the governance committee.
- Execution & Performance: Lead partner GTM plans with brand strategies; establish dashboards/KPIs and
- Execution & Performance: Drive partner GTM execution plans aligned with brand strategy; develop dashboards/KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews including management of community partnerships.
- Cross-Functional & Local Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing Regulatory Legal Compliance Medical Supply Chain and Finance;
- Ecosystem & Capability: Build and expand the external partner ecosystem; develop SOPs training and enablement materials.
- Market Insight: Forecast financial impact; monitor market dynamics and competitive activity.
