Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Cross-account strategy & operations to deliver sales growth with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic priorities and develop action plans across product fleet & new retail to deliver sales target of the fiscal year by bridging Nike Inc & GC marketplace strategic visions with daily sales operational tasks.

  • Design and facilitate strategic account meetings and engagement (e.g. partner summit) every season based on business needs.

  • Lead/participate in critical cross-functional projects to debottleneck business challenges unlock new growth opportunities and improve operational excellence.

  • Understand and deliver marketplace and account insights for regular business review and long-term marketplace/sales strategy development.

  • Facilitate global/geo communication and cross-functional communication to feedback account insights and enable business priorities.

Requirements:

  • Masters / Bachelors degree

  • 3 years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry

  • Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese

  • Experience in working in matrix organization/ leading cross-functional projects
