Job Description:
- Pre-eminent expert individual contributor and externally recognized thought leader. Implements strategic goals as determined by senior executive leaders with significant impact on Strategic Partnerships & Alliances results. Applies mastered knowledge of the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances field to install best of class policies procedures and plans for the area.
- Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the strategic partnerships area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
- Assists with operational initiatives allocation of resources and talent acquisition that are essential to achieving the organizations goals and objectives relating to strategic partnerships.
- Implements partner service delivery and evaluates performance of junior team members based on customer satisfaction.
