ARKET PR Lead

As PR Lead you are working in one of the central functions of The Brands Marketing & Communication team.

Reporting to Omni Sales Manager you are responsible for project management within the PR team and to support and lead our PR agencies in their daily work as well as internal communication and employee branding activities in collaboration with stakeholders. This is to ensure we position and build the brand in line with ARKET brand plan and to drive traffic to store and online.

RESPONSIBILITY & MAIN TASKS

Develop and implement local PR & communication strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth as well as brand awareness and brand consideration maximization.

Craft China PR plan in line with global PR plan and local relevancy.

Project manage PR launches & campaigns.

Develop & maintain solid relationships with Celebrity Media Titles KOL Makeup Artists and talents to maximize brand exposure and elevate brand DNA.

Responsible for brand events & in-store events to reinforce brand awareness and social buzz.

Support with PR crisis communication and responsible for crisis communication in internal channels.

Identify & explore business and PR opportunities through consumer market and competitor trends and share insights with HQ.

Point of contact for employee branding.

Responsible for internal communication projects and be point of contact between H&M Group.

Qualifications :

6 years in PR & communications experience in retail/fashion industry will be preferred.

Strategic thinker and performance minded.

A strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit.

Excellent communication skills enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic and constantly changing environment.

Strong project management skills and experienced in leading the development & cross-functional execution; and to set up optimal processes for good cooperation with internal and external partners.

A positive mindset that always sees possibilities improvements and simple solutions.

Serve as a brand ambassador for The Brand.

International experience is highly meritorious.

Fluency in English & Mandarin (verbal and written).
