Job Summary

Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Location: Lisbon or Porto Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x/3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux environments SQL and scripting with a strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Provide application support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and problem resolution.
Develop and maintain scripts in Bash or Python to automate tasks and processes.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
Follow ITIL processes for incident problem and change management.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

2 years of experience in application support in Linux environments.
Experience in SQL including writing and optimizing queries.
Experience with scripting in Bash and/or Python.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
