About the Role
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will support customers by resolving technical and data-related issues with a strong focus on SQL-based problem solving. You will act as a trusted point of contact ensuring high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do

Provide technical and customer support via email and phone
Analyze and resolve customer issues related to data system usage and SQL queries- Act as a customer advocate ensuring issues are followed through to resolution

Collaborate with internal technical and product teams
- Proactively suggest improvements to tools processes and customer experience

Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal support procedures
What Youll Need

Native-level French (written and verbal) mandatory
-
English proficiency at B2 level mandatory

Strong technical mindset with SQL / data analysis knowledge
is MANDATORY -
Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly

High attention to detail and analytical thinking

Comfortable working in a mostly remote setup
