About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will support customers by resolving technical and data-related issues with a strong focus on SQL-based problem solving. You will act as a trusted point of contact ensuring high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

  • Provide technical and customer support via email and phone

  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to data system usage and SQL queries
  • Act as a customer advocate ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams

  • Proactively suggest improvements to tools processes and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal support procedures

What Youll Need

  • Native-level French (written and verbal) mandatory

  • English proficiency at B2 level mandatory

  • Strong technical mindset with SQL / data analysis knowledge

  • Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly

  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Comfortable working in a mostly remote setup
