Step into a key frontline role supporting users a major CLM/CRM platform used across an international banking environment. Youll be the goto expert for diagnosing issues guiding users and ensuring smooth integration between the platform and the core banking system.
Location: Lisbon
What Youll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for users encountering functional or technical issues on the CLM/CRM tool.
- Investigate incidents to identify whether they stem from user actions system behavior or data exchanges with the core banking platform.
- Analyze integration messages and perform queries within MS Dynamics.
- Collaborate directly with users including screensharing sessions to pinpoint problems.
- Escalate complex cases to Level 2 support and follow-up until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to drive timely fixes.
- Document incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar functional support or clientfacing role (preferably in a Banking environment and related to KYC processes).
- Understanding of KYC and onboarding processes (mandatory).
- Experience in financial services or CRM/CLM environments is a strong advantage.
- Solid experience with Jira and Confluence (user level).
- Strong command of O365 tools.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and French is a strong plus (will need to be acquired).
Personal Strengths:
- Curiosity for both functional and technical topics.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Autonomous reliable and methodical.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
