About the Role
As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding support experience by resolving technical issues and strengthening customer trust in the brand. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
What Youll Do
- Handle customer and technical inquiries via phone and email
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and creatively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Rebuild customer confidence through clear communication and effective solutions
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Act as a central point of coordination within internal teams
What Youll Need
- Native-level French (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level mandatory
- Strong customer focus with confident decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and argumentation abilities
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively
- Capability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office tools
