Our role is not to sell travel.
Our role is to design and manage the entire journey for couples planners guests and families before during and after the event.

This role is the bridge between destination weddings & celebrations and the complex travel journeys that surround them.

You will:

• Sit between couples planners venues and guests
  

• Translate a wedding or celebration into seamless multi-party travel journeys
  

• Ensure guests experience the event effortlessly without chaos confusion or friction
  

You are not measured on how many bookings you push.
You are measured on experience quality orchestration precision and stakeholder trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wedding & Celebration Travel Orchestration

• Manage end-to-end travel journeys for:
  

• Destination weddings
  

• Honeymoons
  

• Guest travel
  

• Pre- and post-event extensions
  

• Milestone celebrations (anniversaries vow renewals etc.)
  

• Act as the central point of coordination between:
  

• Couples
  

• Wedding planners
  

• Venues
  

• Guests
  

• Travel fulfilment partners
  

2. Guest Journey Management

• Design tiered guest travel experiences (not hotel lists)
  

• Anticipate guest needs across:
  

• Different budgets
  

• Different lengths of stay
  

• Different travel preferences
  

• Reduce guest confusion decision fatigue and last-minute issues
  

• Ensure guests remain within the Wedded Wonderland ecosystem at all times
  

3. Planner & Venue Collaboration

• Work with planners collaboratively
  

• Support venues by increasing room night conversion and length of stay
  

4. Luxury Travel Design & Execution

• Curate premium accommodation experiences and extensions aligned to the event
  

• Translate emotional moments into practical itineraries
  

• Ensure travel solutions align with:
  

• Event dates
  

• Cultural considerations
  

• Group logistics
  

• Maintain high standards of discretion responsiveness and professionalism
  

5. Issue Resolution & Experience Protection

• Proactively identify and resolve travel issues before they escalate
  

• Handle complex guest scenarios calmly and professionally
  

• Act as a trusted problem-solver during high-emotion events

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have luxury travel destination events or high-end hospitality experience
  

• Are comfortable managing UHNW / HNW clients and their guests
  

• Understand group travel dynamics and emotional stakes
  

• Are calm under pressure and excellent at managing complexity
  

• Think in journeys not transactions
  

• Can balance empathy with operational discipline
  

• Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  

Required Experience

• 5 years in luxury travel destination events concierge hospitality or similar
  

• Experience managing complex itineraries and group travel
  

• Strong understanding of international travel logistics
  

• Experience working with high-expectation clients
  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  

• Experience with destination weddings or large-scale events
  

• Exposure to wedding planners or luxury event professionals
  

• Multilingual capabilities
  

• Experience working with travel fulfilment platforms or global suppliers
