Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 45 employees in Key Customer Management
Manage major clients from proposal through audit planning to certificate issuance
Direct and coordinate complex certification projects for international customers
Ensure excellent customer service and continuous process improvement
Prepare analyses and reports on team performance and goal achievement
Collaborate closely with Sales and actively participate in client meetings

You will lead and develop a skilled team in Key Customer Management ensuring that both internal and external clients receive outstanding service and top quality. At the same time you will drive continuous improvements prepare regular analyses take on selected projects and work closely with Sales. With clear communication initiative and decisiveness you will solve complex issues together with your team and clients.

QualificationsYour Profile
Degree in engineering business or equivalent commercial qualification
Several years of experience in management system certification and key account management
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
High level of initiative and proactivity
Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Experience with international clients and tenders
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as part of the offer process in accordance with applicable country-specific laws and practices.
