Team mission
We are seeking a hands-on Lead B2B Lifecycle / CRM Campaigns to take our supplier journey to the next level orchestrating the creation deployment and optimization of automated CRM/email engagement across the supplier lifecycle. You will be the responsible for mapping writing and executing supplier campaigns and programs leveraging segmentation and CRM capabilities to deliver timely relevant and high-performing communications.
Working closely with our Senior Lifecycle Manager who owns the CRM stack data foundations and experimentation tools you will focus on journey design campaign operations messaging frameworks and campaign performance. Your mission: ensure every supplier receives clear actionable and targeted communications that drive key B2B outcomes without needing to build the system from scratch.
Your mission
- Journey and campaign ownership: Design manage and optimize onboarding education engagement and retention campaigns through email and CRM channels working within established data structures and frameworks.
- Segmentation and personalization: Utilize existing data models and segmentation capabilities to craft relevant journeys for key supplier cohorts regions and categories.
- Messaging & content execution: Write QA and deploy campaign messaging that aligns to the supplier lifecycle; partner with creative and brand as needed.
- Campaign operations: Oversee campaign setup scheduling QA and deployment within CRM systems (e.g. Braze) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performance monitoring and iteration: Track campaign-level metrics analyze journey results and recommend tactical improvements or tests working in partnership with the data/architecture lifecycle manager for larger-scale experimentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with product marketing commercial operations regional teams and critically the CRM architecture/data manager to synchronize supplier communications with data capabilities and business priorities.
- Continuous improvement: Stay current on lifecycle journey trends and best practices ensuring our supplier experience remains best-in-class.
Your toolkit
- 8 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/email/CRM campaign ownership ideally in a B2B or SaaS/marketplace context
- Advanced practitioner-level knowledge of CRM tools/platforms (e.g. Braze HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud Iterable)
- Proven record orchestrating and optimizing multi-step automated customer journeys within existing CRM infrastructure
- Skilled at mapping deploying and iterating lifecycle campaigns using existing audience/data frameworks
- Excellent messaging and content deployment skills; able to write and operationalize journeys not just concept them
- Comfortable working across teams but happiest owning the plan for lifecycle messaging and execution
- Strong analytical skills for reporting monitoring and tactical improvement (while collaborating with architecture/data lead for deeper analysis or foundational experimentation)
- Experience in a high-growth matrixed business is a strong plus
