Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Strong communication time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- 4 years of experience in a dynamic professional environment
- Strong computer skills required working with multiple software packages including MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel Teams) Smartsheet Confluence SharePoint Power BI
- Knowledge in Planisware database a plus

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage project meeting calendars utilizing MS Office tools and Smartsheet.
- Own and maintain Program templates.
- Facilitate Program Management Staff Meetings.

Project Support:
- Create Purchase Orders Purchasing Card and Stock Orders based on requests ensuring data accuracy and adherence to processes
- Handle import and export documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Accurately record and track all stock Pcard and SOW orders.
- Respond to global Program Management and internal inquiries about order status and invoice follow-ups.
- Assist Program teams with financial oversight including monthly budget closes and reconciliation
- Tracking and auditing program deliverables
- Developing maintaining and training on PMO processes
- Manage materials including ordering receiving storing and distributing program materials worldwide.

Additionally:
- Provide expert guidance on essential database tools used in program management delivering both one-on-one and group training sessions as required
- Interface with cross functional teams to support Program Management activities and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement where needed.
