Job Summary

Deliverables:

This Resource will ensure an integrated approach to the planning development and execution activities related to the above projects/program. There are multiple streams on the program that require Program Management to both identify and manage interdependencies. This resource will also ensure that comprehensive Program governance and reporting is delivered along with standard project management artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Program Manger to ensure project activities and objectives are aligned to the overall program.
Deliver governance and reporting.
Deliver standard Program Management artifacts (Charter PCR etc.).
Identify and manage project interdependencies- Create and maintain program RAID log.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder feedback sessions.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

Project Management (PM) Experience - 10 years experience managing diverse multi-disciplinary project teams often with dependent yet competing goals.
Demonstrated experience of using PM methodologies in the entire life cycle of the project.
Demonstrated experience of working with key stakeholders and using communication skills to negotiate and documenting any process related intelligence.
Proven track record with leading data center transformation
Experience of planning and executing large scale data center transformation.

Skill Set Requirements:

Project Management Experience:

Project Management (PM) Experience - 10 years experience managing diverse multi-disciplinary project teams often with dependent yet competing goals.
Demonstrated experience of using PM methodologies in the entire life cycle of the project.
Demonstrated experience in developing project charters developing integrated plans managing and reporting project financials and maintaining and developing governance models.

Communication:

Demonstrated experience of working with key stakeholders and using communication skills to negotiate and documenting any process related intelligence.

Transformation:

Proven track record with leading data center transformation
Experience of planning and executing large scale data center transformation.
Experience with OPS Enterprise Project Management requirements will be an asset
