The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd (GEO) is seeking a visionary Healthcare Director to lead our primary and sub-acute health services across correctional facilities driving operational excellence compliance and innovation.

What You Will Do
- Provide strategic leadership for primary and sub-acute health services in correctional environments.
- Drive operational and financial performance ensuring compliance with contracts legislation and regulatory obligations.
- Partner with Justice Health and Corrections Victoria building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead responses to serious incidents and oversee governance risk and compliance frameworks.
- Shape business development opportunities including initiatives within the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Guide contract negotiations and modifications ensuring sustainable outcomes.
- Champion GEOs values: Integrity Respect Accountability Agility Innovation.
Is This You Your Essential Skills for Success
We are looking for a leader who thrives in complex environments and brings:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (postgraduate highly regarded).
- Proven executive-level management experience in health correctional services or related fields.
- Expertise in governance compliance and risk management.
- Proven experience to lead develop and implement long term strategies to improve health service delivery within a secure environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing divisional financial performance.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with political awareness and stakeholder influence.
