Preferred Knowledge/Skills
As a part of the Technology Strategy team you are expected to be able to articulate business issues and trends within one or multiple industries as well as solve complex problems by structuring challenges and utilizing analytical tools. You will also determine client needs identify use cases for a technology/solution conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases. You will also identify and evaluate potential use cases for blockchain technology within a business context assessing the feasibility and benefits of implementation.
- Demonstrated understanding of blockchain fundamentals including distributed ledgers consensus mechanisms and tokenization models
- Exposure to smart contract development testing or deployment using platforms such as Ethereum Stellar or Solana
- Experience supporting technology strategy digital transformation or emerging tech engagements within consulting or industry environments
- Working knowledge of blockchain architecture components such as wallets nodes APIs and integration layers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and DevOps concepts supporting blockchain implementations
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights and client-ready deliverables
- Collaborative team mindset with experience working in agile or cross-functional delivery environments
Senior Associate Responsibilities:
- Support market research and competitive assessments using structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Contribute to the development of client strategies action plans and roadmaps by gathering inputs performing analysis and drafting recommendations/deliverables
- Demonstrates foundational understanding of blockchain technology concepts including distributed ledgers and key industry applications
- Use business and technical acumen to assess blockchain use cases and describe their value potential to clients
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms engaging stakeholders across various situations
- Build client relationships by participating in and leading meetings preparing materials documenting action items and contributing to follow-up deliverables
- Support business development opportunities create proposals and contribute to go-to-market initiatives
- Takes ownership of tasks; navigate ambiguous situations while staying focused on value delivery
- Support delivery of blockchain projects including strategy assessments proof of concept implementations production rollouts etc.
