Job Description & Summary
At PwC our people in procurement focus on purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. These individuals enable the organisation to obtain quality goods and services at the best possible price.
Those in goods products and services procurement at PwC will focus on executing managing and optimising purchase processes and some supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for assisting the organisation in obtaining quality goods at the appropriate price driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity you are comfortable when the path forward isnt clear you ask questions and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of procurement systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all processes.
Process procurement requests with rigor and timeliness supporting a smooth workflow.
Lead supplier onboarding activities ensuring comprehensive compliance documentation and operational support.
Support contract management initiatives and contribute to related procurement functions.
Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of procurement tools and system capabilities.
Collaborate closely on sourcing events such as RFPs and RFQs providing critical administrative and operational support.
Maintain update and standardize procurement documentation and internal process guidelines.
Provide expert user support and guidance on procurement systems and workflows enabling teams to maximize tool usage.
Actively contribute to the development and refinement of procurement policies and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
Technical Requirements
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and SharePoint to manage collaboration and document workflows effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems and a keen interest in leveraging technology to optimize procurement processes.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT to support enhanced operational efficiency.
