Job Description:
Join Jack & Jill as the Founding Product Designer and take full ownership of shaping how users interact with the worlds first fully autonomous recruiter. Youll collaborate closely with the team to design world-class experiences thinking strategically tactically and aesthetically about interactions with agentic AI systems across multiple touchpoints.

What you will do:

Build up the characters of Jack & Jill and ideate novel interfaces and industry-leading workflows.
Prototype experiences across the product from company onboarding to candidate hiring.
Engage with candidates and companies to understand interactions build empathy and evolve the product and brand.

A first-principles thinker with deep experience and the gravitas to lead within the business.
Empathy-driven highly productive and able to deliver significant output each day.
Exceptional aesthetic judgment with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
