The Senior UX Designer at Insights is responsible for shaping endtoend digital experiences across the organisations product ecosystem. This role requires synthesising user business and technical requirements into solutions that prioritise user needs while meeting organisational objectives. The Senior UX Designer will contribute to the evolution of the design system advocate for usercentred practices and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful inclusive and accessible designs. Acting as a situational leader the role involves mentoring others influencing strategic design decisions and driving continuous improvement in UX practices.

Key Competencies / Skills
1. Design Strategy & Execution
Ability to select and apply appropriate design processes methods and artefacts (e.g. prototypes mockups) to achieve desired outcomes. Our current systems include Figma Miro and Adobe CC.
2. UserCentred Design Expertise
Skilled in embedding usercentred practices within the organisation and advocating for user needs throughout the design lifecycle.
3. Problem Framing & Methodology
Proficient in conceptualisation prototyping and applying diverse methodologies to visualise and validate solutions.
4. CrossFunctional Collaboration
Strong capability to work within agile teams build stakeholder relationships and leverage multidisciplinary expertise.
5. Inclusive & Accessible Design
Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to ensure equitable user experiences.
