Develops and provides project and program related data assessment management and reporting solutions to support project managers teams and sponsors. Provides analytical support through all project phases including planning execution release management and post-project evaluation. Works with project / program stakeholders to define project governance process management and associated communication / informational structures.



Responsibilities
  • Provides Metrics & Reporting services for assigned project program or other organizational areas.
  • Interacts with project / program leaders to understand key objectives priorities and concerns.
  • Contributes to development and ensures local adoption/implementation of the overarching PMO governance framework process and performance monitoring and reporting efforts.
  • Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting.
  • Supports efforts to distill complicated data into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Constructs predictive models algorithms and probability engines.
  • Designs develops and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
  • Monitors report and data availability and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.
  • Analyzes current and historical performance performs variance analyses of key metrics and identifies trends.
  • Prioritize tasks agree on data sources research methods and expected deliverables.
  • Drives successful projects by providing action-oriented analyses and a data-driven approach.
  • Develops procedures and communication / coaching materials to ensure adequate understanding of PMO standards practices and policies.
  • Creates and distributes both routine and ad-hoc reports.
  • Meets established timelines.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Metrics and Reporting.
  • Experience in Project Management end-to-end delivery of software solutions.
  • Experience providing governance and analytical support to senior leadership on various projects.
  • Supports efforts to distill complicated data into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Analyzes current and historical performance performs variance analyses of key metrics and identifies trends.
  • Location: Hybrid: Onsite North Canton Ohio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Software preferred.
  • Excellent judgment decision making skills and the ability to work under continual deadlines and pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills assertive with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
  • Strong written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team and adapt quickly to ever-changing environments.
