Job Summary
Location: NYC (Hybrid or Remote)

We are seeking a talented Data Quality Analyst to join our team and work on CIB data governance and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data quality frameworks SQL-based data analysis and be comfortable translating business and regulatory requirements into operational data controls.
Role and responsibilities
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective data quality controls (completeness coherence consistency).
- Design implement and maintain data quality controls within the central Data Tooling platform (DaQua).
- Identify and validate appropriate data sources tables and data fields to ensure correct control scope.
- Monitor control execution analyze data quality issues and coordinate remediation with business and IT teams.
- Collaborate closely with business users data owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure expected outcomes.
- Lead workshops and working sessions to support stakeholder alignment on data quality topics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality processes across CIB domains.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality or data governance projects within financial institutions.
- Strong experience using SQL (or similar languages) to extract analyze and validate data.
- Proven experience in the definition implementation and monitoring of data quality controls.
- Good knowledge of CIB / SCIB environments and business domains (Banking Markets Risk GTB).
- Familiarity with key banking systems such as Loan IQ Murex Calypso JQUEST Aqua or similar platforms.
- Experience with data quality tooling ideally DaQua / Data Tooling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including leading workshops and meetings with business users.
- Clear communication skills proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
