Regional Lead Walmart

We are currently hiring a full-time Regional Lead - Walmartfor Arizona New Mexico and Nevada. The ideal candidate for this role will live in Phoenix AZ.

Increase availability and visibility of Boston Beer portfolio of brands within their assigned BBC Region crossing multiple states and potentially Divisions. This to generate depletion growth while adding value to our wholesaler partners and local BBC focus is to align with the Division Director and Regional Managers while making vertical calls to Walmarts field team to deliver regional programming and drive nationally called out addition help to develop new ways of work to call on Walmart for our wholesaler partners through education operational efficiencies feature alignment and MOD integrity.

What Youll Brew:

• Be proficient in BBCs systems and selling process with retailers wholesalers and team of indirect reports
• Be proficient in beer industry knowledge brewing and BBC product styles
• Hunt for new business opportunities while growing current business opportunities within the retailer while managing budgets to proper ROI
• Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler accounts and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentations
• Develop maintain and strengthen KEY stakeholder relationships within wholesalers through strategic selling and superior customer service
• Develop & drive Goals Strategies Objectives and Tactics for assigned geographical area
• Effectively mobilize wholesaler network and BBC sales teams to fulfill all BBC features sell vs. authorizations/approved packages compliance issues focus timeframes and other key selling opportunities
• Work closely with category management team to develop insights analysis and tools to drive business within the off-premise channel
• Develop skills to analyze Walmarts data systems and leverage insights internally and with Walmart
• Travel required

What Ingredients Youll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years experience with sales and/or food/beverage industry experience
• Valid drivers license registered and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
• Wholesaler management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Walmart Experience

Level: 6IC

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws we are open about our salary ranges. For this role the salary range is between $76000 and $150000. However its important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience skillset and location*. Additionally this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
