About the Client
Client develops manufactures and sells networking hardware security software telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products and specializes in specific tech markets such as the Internet of Things (IoT) domain security videoconferencing and energy management with leading products. Client is one of the largest technology companies in the world on the Fortune 100 with nearly 80000 employees.
Responsibilities

The candidate will be experienced in providing outstanding services in support of Office Management proactively leading monitoring and managing onsite Client account activities while ensuring end users communications in a timely manner and contributing to the account financial target. Effective in managing direct and indirect reports you will guide individuals to support Client and a genuine desire to deliver professional value-focused services exceeding Client expectations will drive your success.
Site Operations Management
Manage operations of Helpdesk services including remote managed sites
Support security team to maintain the badge access control if applicable
Coordinate and assist employees on Global or Local initiated events
(e.g. Meeting room booking Room setup Support anything related FM)
Consolidate information & generate reports communications & documents as required by management.
Manage daily health & safety issues not limited to maintaining regular scheduled meetings and records of the fire and safety teams/fire drills/safety equipment/training but also reactive actions required from the safety and hygiene measurement activities.
Deputize / provide cover for Building Operations Coordinator / Facilities Manager when appropriate.
Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
Take over the site facilities after Facilities Projects completion and stabilize operations as Client requirements.
Provide effective insight into the future operations after Project Day-1 develop required actions to the project taskforces of colleagues.
Finance Management
Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner by quarterly and annual basis.
Ensure prompt and accurate management of Budget / Purchase orders / Invoices / New vendor contracts or renewal.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver JLLs financial commitment to Clients financial target.
Vendor Management
Lead the team in the management of all contractors on site and off site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors works)
Conduct vendors meetings and maintain the contract relationship in accordance with the local standards and regulations in theSubcontractors Management Law.
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required working with the account Finance Controller.
Administration
Administration works related with above (such as data creation aggregation and analysis services tracking locally and on the Helpdesk service tracking system both).
Support other JLL members to achieve the purpose of site team operation to meet the service level agreement.
