Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

Lead the hotels overall operations and strategic direction supporting departmental goals
Maximize revenue and ensure strong financial management
Ensure full compliance with laws brand standards and operational policies to maintain sound governance

Team Development

Play an active role in recruitment to secure the best talent
Build engagement and foster an inclusive collaborative work environment
Strengthen the hotels presence by building relationships within the local community

Service Culture Excellence

Maintain and enhance product and service quality to deliver experiences that exceed guest expectations

Required Experience & Skills:

Leadership experience in a similar role within the hotel industry or within the same brand
A genuine passion not only for your own growth but also for developing and empowering others
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships
Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Inspiring leadership that positively influences others and motivates the team
Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of achieving business results and KPIs
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
