SENIOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

What youll do.

The Senior Workforce Development Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the future of neurology by supporting a wide range of programs for medical students residents clerkship directors program directors and coordinatorswhile also managing key awards. This role keeps the engine of workforce development running smoothly by coordinating program logistics driving clear and effective communication and maintaining essential databases. Through thoughtful organization and proactive support the Coordinator helps ensure neurologys next generation has the tools resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

What we look for.

Education:

  • Associates degreein Business Communications Administrative Technology or related fields is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in an administrative customer service or clerical positionin an office environment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold the AANs valuesis required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skillsare required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyis required.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively is required.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
  • Anticipates needed action is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel etc.)
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work on projects under only general supervision is required.
  • Desire to work in a team settingis required.
  • Familiarity with higher education ormedically-relatedworking environments is preferred.

Relevant education and/or experience exceeding the required qualifications may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Travel Requirements:Minimal travel required up to 5%

Location: Minneapolis MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

Schedule: Occasional evening and weekends required
