Your role:
Strategic Account Partnership Build long-term customer relationships align account plans with portfolio strategy and drive value creation.
Cross-Functional Coordination Orchestrate Sales Marketing Service Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
Commercial Process Leadership Manage forecasting pipeline reviews performance reporting and margin realization with strong governance.
Operational Excellence Apply Lean/continuous improvement to simplify processes enhance visibility and improve execution quality.
Market & Segment Support Execute trade promotions distribution expansion and funnel hygiene across Personal Health and Health Systems.
Insights & Risk Management Provide data-driven recommendations monitor sales/margin outcomes and manage operational risks (credit supply delivery).
Youre the right fit if:
Strong analytical and operational management skills
Forecasting pipeline management and performance reporting expertise Lean/continuous improvement knowledge
Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving abilities Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building skills
710 years in Key Account Management or Commercial Excellence
