Success in this role means becoming a key player in building the market-leading platform for health coaches - today tomorrow and for years to have big ambitions for 2026 and were looking for someone whos ready to take ownership grow with Lenus and help us deliver on that vision.

Key Responsibilities

Drive projects end-to-end - from planning and architecture to hands-on implementation and delivery with a strong focus on execution excellence.
Code extensively while driving technical execution and setting a high engineering bar.
Lead and guide other engineers without formal management responsibilities.
Design scalable maintainable systems that anticipate future needs and support long-term growth.
Challenge the status quo and proactively identify better approaches abstractions and architectures.
Collaborate effectively across teams to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory the ideal candidate should possess:

4 years of professional software engineering experience including ownership of complex projects.
Strong system architecture and software design skills with the ability to break down large problems and execute effectively.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving stacks regardless of prior exposure.
Hands-on experience with modern web/mobile technologies - familiarity with TypeScript React React Native Postgres or AWS is a plus.
A lets go mindset - thrives on hard problems seeks challenges and is motivated by solving meaningful (and challenging) technical work.
Excellent communication skills able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience building AI-enabled products or working with LLM application layers.
