About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to lead client communication and support the end-to-end client journey while providing high-level administrative and practice support to the accounting team.
Reporting to senior leadership your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception and administration duties and coordinating daily office operations
- Assisting with client communication including phone calls and email handling
- Maintaining digital and physical records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing ASIC secretarial services through CAS 360
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding for new and departing clients
- Coordinating electronic signing of tax packages and related documents
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in an accounting practice as well as:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Xero Suite ASIC and ATO Portals
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional confident manner
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
