Senior Program Manager (Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager) for Honeywell International Charlotte NC
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex programs to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.
- Implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources.
- Provide leadership and guidance to achieve program objectives.
- Utilize Agile and 6 Sigma methodologies to drive robust and sustainable process improvements.
- Support PIT focals in process improvements including JIRA scrum 6 Sigma methodologies and ongoing taskforce activities.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors* degree or foreign equivalent in Business Supply Chain Processes Finance and Operations or a related field and 4 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning sourcing manufacturing and inventory management) and finance operations (financial planning and analysis AOP COGS P&L financial reporting and analytics). Must have 4 years of experience with the following: SAP proficiency Six sigma methodologies operational performance data management and analysis SOX and internal controls.
- Approximately 30% of travel is required.
- * Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a bachelors degree.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Location: Charlotte NC
- 40 hours/week
