Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a strong background in office management. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and spa ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff including receptionists schedulers and office assistants
- Create and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and staff
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Monitor and manage office expenses and budget
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide support to salon and spa staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Experience in the beauty or hospitality industry is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
