アカウントエグゼクティブ製造業担当として国内を代表する大手製造企業とパートナーシップを築き現場改善から全社的な業務変革まで幅広く支援していただきます
Cレベル各事業部のビジネスリーダー製造オペレーション部門プロセスエクセレンス自動化推進部門と密に連携しUiPathのオートメーションプラットフォームを活用した変革価値を創出します
本ポジションは日本の製造業における生産性向上品質改善業務効率化に直接貢献し顧客企業の競争力強化を支える重要な役割です
主な業務内容Key Responsibilities
テリトリー戦略および営業活動
日本の製造業市場におけるテリトリー市場機会を分析しパイプライン拡大と売上成長を最大化するための戦略を策定
複雑なエンタープライズ営業サイクルを管理し四半期および年間の売上目標を確実に達成
製造業の課題価値に即したバリューセリングアプローチによりUiPathのブランドソリューションを提案推進販売
顧客エンゲージメントと価値創出
UiPathのソリューションが現場経営両面に提供する定量定性価値を顧客に分かりやすく説明
製造現場のDX推進リーダーから経営層まで複数階層に渡る関係構築を行い強固で長期的な信頼関係を構築
カスタマーサクセスマネージャーと連携し導入価値最大化アダプション促進課題解決を支援
エコシステム連携および市場開拓
地場パートナー企業OEMグローバルSIとの信頼関係を構築し共同で商機創出や顧客成功の推進を実施
競合動向新技術製造業界のトレンドを継続的に把握し顧客のDX戦略自動化ロードマップ構築を支援
顧客ニーズ課題競合情報新規サービス機会などを定期的に社内へフィードバック
