Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use easilymaintainedand highly reliable.Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of allproducttechnologyand design work.

TheDirectorProduct ManagementProductOperationswillbe responsible forcollaborating across multiple functional areas withinour global supply chainandstoresnetworkto bring new capabilities to life.You willberesponsible forimproving the strategic alignment and product portfolio health tied to enterprise andStoresstrategic functions.You willbe responsible fordriving cross-portfolio collaboration and leadingdelivery managementacross businessprocessesstoreoperations producttechnologyand data sciences.Deliverables will be focused on implementing capabilities that will deliver value tied to agreed-upon business outcomes.

Portfolio Management &Delivery Management:

  • Support End to End capabilities acrossStoreswith a focus on Optimization and Fulfillment

  • Develop strong connection with partners withinStoresProduct teams Store Operations andCore Business teamstoensure effective program communication

  • Work across product / engineering and core partners on sequencing recommendationsand stakeholder communication

  • Support transition of prioritized programs to other workstream leaders and ensure ongoing ownership and communication

  • Understand and translate key businessobjectivesand strategy of the product andsupportcommunicationto the team in partnership withproduct teams

  • Establish metrics and goalsin partnership with product building out key metrics to monitor

  • Drive partnershipwith analytics to help achieve outcomes andmeasure key results to improve products

  • Keep up with industryend-to-endretailtrends

As aProduct Operations Director you will set the overall strategic vision for yourProductOperationsPortfolio Management andDelivery Managementspaceare accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics will work with productteamsto setandensure we are achieving our quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

You will be accountable for building coaching and mentoringa strong teamof productops managerswhile also buildingastrongteamculture of progress transparency and efficiency across Product and Product Operations teams.You will be responsible to elevate your collective teams performance by providing insightful motivating and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution related barriers for your teams.
