The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations to ensure IMS Masonry projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with executive leadership project management supervision and field crews to support multiple large-scale masonry projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial and industrial masonry projects from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate staffing equipment materials and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects
Ensure compliance with company safety programs OSHA regulations and quality control standards
Support project managers and superintendents with planning logistics and problem resolution
Monitor project performance productivity and budgets; identify and mitigate operational risks
Maintain strong relationships with clients general contractors vendors and subcontractors
Participate in strategic planning to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Assist with hiring training and development of supervisory and field personnel
Requirements
Minimum 710 years of experience in construction operations preferably in masonry or related trades
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of masonry systems including precast GFRC stone ICF and traditional masonry
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction scheduling cost control and safety management
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license; ability to travel as required
