Responsibilities
- CRM process driven
- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Must be a proven closer
- Auto Sales Management is a must
- Evaluate trade Appraisals using market trend analysis. Vauto Auto Visionknowledge is a plus.
- Perform at a high quality and professional level
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Familiar with wholesaling vehicles
- Knowledge of purchasing vehicles from the auction
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self starter mentally and ambitious
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well groomed appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Automotive Manager experience
- We are on a Reynolds ERA Ignite system
