General Manager Company: Local Med Spa (Rebrand New Acquisition)

Location & Details: On-site Jacksonville FL Full-time
Pay: $60000$75000 / base salary

Bonus: Membership Conversions & Med Spa Revenue Performance (designed to create a clear path to six figures)

Schedule: MonFri 8:00a5:00p; Wed 10:00a7:00p; Sat 9:00a1:00p (may shift to appt-only); Sun closed

Role Snapshot
Founding General Manager for a well-funded Med Spa acquisition and relaunch. This is a ground-floor leadership role where youll help build the operating system set standards and own day-to-day performance as Store #1 relaunches.

Youll work directly with ownership to install cadence lead the team and drive measurable results; creating the blueprint that future locations will follow. Success here creates a clear accelerated career path as the business scales.

What Youll Do

  • Own center performance by running a clear weekly operating cadence tied to KPIs (conversion rebooking memberships revenue).

  • Lead day-to-day operations - staffing scheduling workflows and execution - ensuring consistency during relaunch.

  • Coach and develop the team through daily huddles real-time floor leadership and accountability.

  • Protect and elevate the client experience while driving business outcomes.

  • Partner with ownership to prioritize initiatives and build systems that scale beyond the first location.



Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven experience leading day-to-day operations as a GM/clinic/center manager (or equivalent) in a service business with measurable KPIs and accountability.

  • Hands-on on-the-floor leadership style with consistent coaching cadence (huddles 1:1s performance follow-up) and comfort driving conversion/rebooking/membership behaviors.

  • Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville with schedule coverage aligned to clinic hours including Saturdays and one late weekday.

Nice-To-Have

  • Med spa / aesthetics / laser clinic leadership experience (or adjacent membership/service operators with strong KPI discipline).

  • Launch relaunch turnaround or change-leadership experiencebuilding cadence and standards in an evolving environment.
