About the Role
We are hiring Travel Process Associates for a leading customer support process in Ahmedabad. The company is conducting a recruitment drive in Jabalpur and selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
This role is ideal for freshers graduates and candidates looking to build a stable career in the travel customer support and hospitality domains.
Key Responsibilities
Handle non-voice (chat and email) customer support for travel-related queries
Assist customers with booking issues cancellations itinerary concerns and general travel guidance
Provide accurate timely and professional responses
Maintain service quality documentation and customer satisfaction
Work in rotational shifts including night shifts (with allowances)
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holder
Freshers can apply; experience in BPO travel process or customer support is an advantage
Strong written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after selection
Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
