We are seeking a Custodian 2 to join the SoLAcc team. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and custodial upkeep of all spaces on the St. Martinville Campus to support the colleges daily operations.Minimum Qualifications
- Six months of experience in custodial housekeeping groundskeeping or food service work.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties: Clean and sanitize restrooms including refilling restroom dispensers to ensure adequate supply of paper products. Ensure all floors are swept vacuumed mopped and maintained including specialized floor maintenance with industrial grade machinery. Complete all monthly quarterly and annual deep cleaning tasks identified in the Master Cleaning Schedule. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Learned physical skill is required for proper safe lifting and material handling techniques. Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and material of 25 pounds.
