Compensation

At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $78870 - $103191. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria and may be eligible for a sales bonus.

Join Our Team as a Talent Programs Specialist!

The Talent Enablement department is responsible for developing implementing and sustaining S&Cs global talent management ecosystem designed to facilitate organizational professional and career development in support of S&Cs strategic objectives and competitive advantage in the market.

The Talent Programs Specialist is responsible for maintaining and facilitating the delivery of various talent enablement programs and training activities. The Talent Programs Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally across HR teams and the broader business to identify maintain and facilitate various talent programs and processes while providing on-site and remote support to S&C team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning for S&C leaders. Own the performance review process for all team members as well as Development Plans and other talent initiatives such as coaching gig opportunities and career pathing.
  • Deliver robust virtual and in-person support to internal customers by addressing inquiries supplying essential resources and effectively escalating complex inquiries and issues as necessary.
  • Conduct external research on best practices and evolving trends in talent management to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in existing process systems.
  • Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual training initiatives including scheduling venue coordination and participant registration.
  • Create administer and distribute materials for talent programs including program documents brochures presentations instructional videos and other supporting materials.
  • Support talent management leadership with creating managing and analyzing related metrics and dashboards that show program and process effectiveness.
  • Support the development implementation and review of internal systems policies and procedures to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote various talent and learning programs and ensure that team members understand the importance and benefits of each program.
  • Utilize and enhance S&Cs talent management systems/software to administer program and team member information online learning and track team members progress through talent programs.
  • Partner with HR Technology to help align systems and HRIS processes to the overall talent management process.
  • Track the effectiveness of training and skill-based programs through individual feedback surveys assessments and performance feedback asking questions to understand training program issues as they are reported.
  • Additional project work as required.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.

What youll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources a related field or equivalent experience

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience as a coordinator administrator or a related role in a Human Resources Talent Development or Organizational Design team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of talent management concepts and organizational design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in selecting appropriate tools and resources to match intended talent program objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of learning management systems talent management tools or HRIS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interview facilitate and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated experience responding to customer inquiries in a useful and timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and team members adjusting communication approaches based on the audience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to deadlines.
  • Applies principles of diversity inclusion and equity to promote an inclusive working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete activities with accuracy.
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to identify potential issues and seek support for resolution.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing and assembly environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.



Preferred:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources a related field or equivalent experience
  • Additional training/certification in Talent Development/Management/Learning
  • Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • Direct work experience with talent management organizational design learning and development internal talent mobility and other HR programs
