Job Purpose
- Stay abreast of projects and opportunities wins to update partnerships with win story Salesforce internal and partner community
- Inform Marketing on the completed project to complete case study documentation
- Track & own the completion of obtaining case study information to support marketing efforts
- Upon closing of a sales deal coordinate the collection of the win-wire data for marketing to release win-wire communications
- Account Mapping from partner teams to identify alignment
- Update LinkedIn Nav of partner teams and share with team
- All data entry as it pertains to partner teams in Salesforce and excel
- Generate reporting to reflect partner opportunities and ensure all opportunities are tagged with partner details
- Assist in any administrative needs of the alliance team
- Provide monthly reporting on progress roadblocks to Alliance VP and Leadership
Required Qualifications Experience & Skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities
- Excellent time management skills well-organized consistently meet commitments and strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong communication across verbal and written correspondence
- Ability to quickly learn and use new system functionality
- Experience in training and assistance using various technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization
- Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
- Must be proficient in Salesforce and Google Sheets
- Ability to provide monthly status updates on progress of initiatives and tasks
Additional Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations (preferably within the enterprise software business
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
