Job Purpose

As an Alliance Operations Specialist you will be the primary engine driving our partnership ecosystems operational excellence and visibility. You will ensure that every project win is accurately documented and shared across Salesforce internal and partner communities bridging the gap between sales success and marketing impact. By managing critical data entry account mapping and performance reporting you will empower our Alliance leadership with the insights needed to scale our strategic partnerships and maintain our position as a premier digital advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Update internal and partner communities with project win stories and technical opportunity details to maintain partnership health.
• Coordinate the collection of essential win-wire data upon deal closure to facilitate timely marketing communications.
• Execute detailed account mapping between partner teams to identify strategic alignment and growth opportunities.
• Manage all data entry for partner teams within Salesforce and Excel ensuring high data integrity and accuracy.
• Generate monthly reporting for Alliance leadership to reflect opportunity pipelines progress and operational roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to track and finalize case study documentation for completed global projects.
• Maintain partner team visibility by updating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sharing insights across internal departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 35 years of experience in Sales Operations ideally within the enterprise software or digital consulting sector.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets with a proven ability to manage complex data sets and generate reports.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a relentless attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual multicultural team environment across several time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of taking full ownership of tasks with limited direction in a changing environment.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or a related professional field.
• Experience in training team members and providing administrative support within various technology platforms.
