Job Title: Vice President BXCI Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • to ensure testing is conducted efficiently and effectively.

  • Team Leadership - supervising testing performed by India based team providing guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance - ensuring that testing processes meet quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Risk Management - identifying potential risks in testing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

  • Monitoring and Reporting - tracking testing progress analyzing results and reporting findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

  • Data Collection and Analysis - Gathering relevant data reviewing documentation and analyzing test results to identify gaps weaknesses or areas for improvement in control processes.

  • Adherence to Standards - ensuring that testing activities align with industry standards BXCI policies and regulatory frameworks.

  • Incident Management - investigating operational risk events identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Collaboration -working with various departments to integrate operational risk management into organizational processes.

  • Continuous Improvement - identifying opportunities to enhance risk management processes and staying updated on emerging risks and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in audit SOX testing or other related fields. Operational or non-financial risk governance activities at a global financial institution

  • Experience working with an overseas team

  • Managerial / leadership experience

  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of SOX SOC1 risk assessment and control testing fundamentals and methodologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
